Associate Consultant
Saiful Shariff is an Adjunct Senior Assistant Professor at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD). Saiful served 32 years in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), his last appointment as the Commandant of the RBAF Defence Academy. He currently runs the Command, Leadership and Management module in the RBAF Command and Staff College and provides supervision for postgraduate students at UBD undertaking the Masters of Defence and Security Studies course and the Masters of Public Policy and Management Programme. He has a passion for military leadership education and development, strategic leadership and strategy, and organizational ethics. He is currently readying himself for his doctoral studies in Leadership and Management at UBD.
