Acknowledged expertise in large system change programmes, co-creation and collaboration techniques, organisational storytelling and narratives, and tacit knowledge elicitation and transfer methods.
Past Deputy Head, Center for Leadership Development (CLD) Singapore Armed Forces. Architected the SAF Action Learning Process (ALP), created the Future Action Review (FAR), led and designed Competency-Based Learning and Individual Development Processes, and introduced the concept of coaching conversations into the Singapore military. Led Organisational Storytelling, supervised Critical Thinking Skills programme, and led the Adaptive Leaders research team. Designed and successfully conducted the Brunei Senior Military Change Leadership Programme. Designed learning and group strategy interventions at SAF’s Senior Leadership levels.
Certified Marshall Goldsmith Global Coach, Qualified NTL OD practitioner, Erikson Executive coach, certified facilitator, certified MBTI and FIRO-B, trained Performance Technologist (Chicago ISPI), and qualified instructional designer. Inventor of several storytelling models, including 251 (launched at KM World 2009 and used by SAF and the United Nations).
