Joe Doty is the Executive Director for the Dr John Feagin Leadership Program and the School of Medicine Leadership Program (LEAD) at Duke University. Joe is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point NY, and served in both educational and leadership positions during his 28 years in the U.S. Army – to include battalion-level command. He has a passion for leadership development, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, teaching/coaching, and wellness. He has lived and worked in Europe and Singapore.
